what is collective muse?

Collective comes from community. The neat thing about community is that it is what Jesus designed us for. We can come together and collect from one another’s stories, inspiration, and encouragement. Community is so important, no matter what season of life you find yourself in.⁣⁣ Our hope for each girl in attendance is that she connects with other creatives, sparks a muse, and leaves with more knowledge than before.⁣⁣

HIII! I’m Sarah! I am married to my high school sweetheart, Dustin, and we have a sweet goldendoodle fluffball named Denver. I graduated college in 2018 with a BA degree in Advertising, and then I jumped straight into being a full-time destination wedding photographer. I have seen the vampire diaries AT LEAST 10 times and I have a mega chapstick addiction.

Hi, I’m Hannah. I love all things fashion, sushi, and traveling! I went to University of Chattanooga at Tennessee and graduated with a Communications degree. I grew up shooting photography and always knew it would be apart of my career. I now work for a small biz as their marketing manager and shoot product, lifestyle, and run socials. Plus I get to run this side business with my besties so it’s pretty sweet!

Hiii, I’m Kaylen. My favorite past-time is watching the twilight saga on repeat so you know I’m loving these Washington vibes. I have two doggos named Max and Ellie. I’ve been dating my honey for 5 years, since we were little 16-year-olds! I graduated college in 2020 with a degree in Communications and Journalism. I started my photography business 3 years ago and it has been the joy of my life.

a PHOTOGRAPHY RETREAT…

We want to focus our attentions on community, intentional rest, and good ass content.

the heart of our why:

As creatives, it’s easy to fall victim to the comparison game and the fast paced world that social media has created. Our motivation behind why we chose to call this week a retreat, not a workshop is to provide impactful education and artistic growth while also finding a healthy balance between work and rest.

We value slowing down and getting back to the roots of why we started.
